Completed 500-hour Advanced Studies/Teacher Training Program, Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco, May 2004 (“Yoga Instructor Certificate”). Classes in Asana (Postures), Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy (Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras), Anatomy, Physiology, Teaching Methodology, Ayurveda

Ramamani Yoga Institute, Pune, India, 2005, 2008 (Month-long classes with Gita Iyengar and Prashant Iyengar)
